I have purchased a Swift Dzire VXI BS IV. Reg No.BR01CH 8505 car from the Authorised Maruti Dealer M/s: Alankar Auto Sales & Service Pvt Ltd-Patna (Bihar).The vehicle is purchased on 3rd March 2015 only. on 6th June 2015 when i was coming back from my office to home my car has suddenly stopped and break down on the city highway. Subsequently i informed my authorised Maruti agency i.e M/s: Alankar Auto Sales & Service Pvt Ltd-Patna (Bihar). They picked up the car for their service center at Patna on dated 07/07/2015. Now they have informed me that my newly purchased car has some serious technical problems in engine and so the engine has to be either replaced or to be repaired on customer cost. I shall there fore request your good self that my newly bought car is only 3 months old and still covered under warranty since the car is not working properly so company should replace my damages car with new one. I am attaching the copy of Invoice, Registration No. and Job Receipt of Service Center for your kind reference. Regards.
