I purchased a Swift car from above dealer on 16th November, 15. Services rendered are poor and unsatisfactory. They hardly care for the customer, once he is trapped. Value for the services charged also not ensured. To be specific, I had paid the cost of seat covers along with the price of car and other miscellaneous services but till date haven't received them. Despite several reminders and follow ups they have failed in keeping their promise. I visited the showroom on 26th & 28th November again for seat covers but with no favourable results. The reasons quoted were extremely lame like seat covers are out of stock or staff is unavailable. I am totally disappointed and frustrated by their careless attitude. I dont feel I got the value for money while transacting with Anand Motors.
