Maruti Suzuki — VERY BAD SERVICE AND HARRASMENT OF CUSTOMER | |||
I have purchase a new maruti suzuki alto 800 model from maruti authorized showroom on 06/01/2014 No HR 19H 6800 But car ac is not working since feb 2015 and car is making loud noise and car is not in position of run. i make may time visit and telephonic conversion with Company authorized centre at charkhi dadri But problem has not resole, they only do harassment with customer. I have waste a lot of time but they are purely negligent I dont accept such a bad service from the such a big car manufacturing Maruti Suzuki.. I am practicing chartered accountant and use the car for personally only. but i am very pained to purchase this car.
