Maruti Udyog Limited — Not providing full and proper documents of Vehicle Purchased from their dealer.

I am Ashish Biyani. I bought my Maruti Suzuki Swift from Sehgal Autoriders p.Ltd from Pune in September 2015. Firstly I get my vehicle no. After 3 months, Secondly, I have taken loan from ICICI Bank but the RC BOOK which I have got the hypothication was against IDBI.I had again submitted my RC BOOK to the dealer to get it changed in June 2015, but till date I have haven't get it. It's been a year now I purchased my car but still I am struggling for the papers.. The dealer is a big time lier .. Plz Help..
