[Resolved]  Maruti Udyog Limited — unexpected stearing jam while car running on road.

Dear Sir MARUTI SWIFT GJ-05 CS 7850 PURCHASED IN MARCH 2012. I am Maulik Nanavati residing at Surat I have purchased a new brand MARUIT SWIFT VXI MODEL in Mar-2012. While travelling from Bharuch to Surat, on[protected] at night., My car steering was suddenly jam in the market of OPPAD and I was compelled to stop the car on the track on which I was driving. Even have no scope to take it on site. Fortunately we did not meet with an accident. It seems to have a defective steering . I manage with Maruti authorised work shop kataria Automobiles, and my car is kept for repair and inspection. As advised by service station. All wiring and other components is O.K.. They doubt with the steering motor. It is extremely surprisable that steering motor may defective. As it is a new brand car, and so many models have been called back for steering problem, I request the authority to replace the steering kit without any charges to me. and also provide the surety that such faults should not be repeated in future due to such defective parts.and to avoid the danger to the human life.
