massage parlor — regarding fees

respected sir i have read an add on newspaper regarding a massage parlor and i have called hi at this num. [protected] and [protected] and they told me starting the job please pay our registration fee 1200 rupees and i have paid it on dated 15/01/2015 by punjab national bank branch medical college jhansi but after that those are demanding some more money to start the job and till date those have not returned my paid registration fee. so please provide me any solution s\as soon as possible
