Mastercard — Money debited from my account cash not dispensed | |||||
Hi I am Using a PNB Master Card ATM. I had made a transaction on 23rd May 2016 from a PNB ATM of amount 6500. The ATM Machine kept on processing but the cash was not dispensed. The amount was however debited from my account.I was in a perception that Master Card will take an initiative to return my money back however it is 60 Hours ahead of the incident and I have not received my Money Back. Would like to hear some one from Master Card what made them not to take this transaction seriously and not bothered them to return the money.
