Dear Matrimony Directory team, This is cam360degree photography. . This complaint is to inform you about the worst service provided by your team. . We gotta call repeatedly from your executives to register in your site. . They told me that they will forward us 40 confirmed leads (Not enquiries) for per year. . And they promised us those leads will be verified and forwarded by them. . So, by trusting their words we invested 17, 500 rs p / a. . Now, if sept comes 1yr going to complete and we got only 27leads. . Not even single lead is prospective in that. . And i'm not getting a proper response from your executive side. . We cannot sit and watch without earning anything from your site till the package get expires. We don't expect any convincing things from you now, we request you to repay over invested amount. I have listed my company in Rajwada The ladies saloon in your site for premium package they made promises that they will give us 3 to 4 client per month but since I have registered my name on14 sept 2015 till now I had not got any response we got two enquiries and when we called on them they do not even pick up our phone. I had tried many times I had also inform your executive but no good response we have got till now. Your executive and also your organisation is not keeping their promised. Till now I had not got any business from your side it shows that you are totally making us fool. I should recommend you to take necessary action in this regard and forward my complain to your higher authority.
