My order no - MP29810416, order name - poongavanam, The marriage date is June 8, 9 and reception at chennai on June 13th, we received our album delay only by complaint in this website now we are again back with the problem that we dint receive video and no response follow up from them hence the person ranjith ([protected]) is not ready to rectify our problem, i personaly visited the headoffice regarding this for 5 time hence no solution for me simply they are neglecting me, we returned the video mentioning that video is not clear it doesn't even shown groom in the group videos they are something which destroys our dignity, indirectly creating issues to both the family, the photographer who came on June 13th is not done his work properly he just spend his time for relaxing rather he allowed unknown person to take the photo and video who is look like 17 or 18 years old, they spoiled our dream, we just want the quality that's why we approached them but they not treated like that, normal photographer itself will do the work responsibly compare to them, when I call vijay ([protected]) in sales team who convinced us for the order, he asked me to inform his head Bashir ([protected]) when I call Bashir he spoke rubbish to me that why your calling to me and am in road you call to someone don't ever call me, like that but I called in the office hour only both of them played and refused my request, till now no follow up from them kindly do necessary step to get video as quality and on time.
