Matrix Cellular — Fraudulent bill generation

We had taken a Turkey SIM for 10 days and to our shock, received a bill where Matrix had changed local turkey numbers we had dialled (ISD 090) to South Africa numbers (ISD 025). The entire number was the same except the ISD code. We sent them the screenshot where the dialled numbers, date and duration is clearly seen and escalated it 3 levels. They keep replying saying the charges are genuine and just ignore the screenshots we share! We want to claim damages and wrongful accusation and such blatantly unethical behaviour.
