This is with regards to the sim card i took from matrix for hongkong. my parents were travelling after a long time out of India. i had submitted all the necessary documents and payment details to get a matrix card. After reaching Hongkong it was continuously showing No sim inspite of many efforts. Because of such problem they had to face many issues and we were not to get in touch with them. In India here we got so much worried as online it was showing their flight has arrived but we were not able to get in touch with them. They were without mobile phone for an entire week. we suffered so much mental harassment because of Matrix poor service. Please take legal action on Matrix India. The matrix details are as follow.
