I have admitted my mother at MAX SHALIMAR BAGH about 10 days back. I have experienced worst quality of nursing staff. Careless attitude. No one is interested to take care of patients. I can admire following services where the staff are not concerned about the patients - SECURITY CLEANLINESS CANTEEN And other services like regularly & timely attending patients, spunge of patients etc really causes concern.
