TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN:
This is regarding the pathetic & poor services provided at your Vaishali based hospital. My close one Mr.Anurag Singh is admitted there, the staff in the emergency is very rude & careless. The patient is having 104 degrees fever & vomiting with blood since past 4-5 hours, but no proper action is being taken. The doctors referred him to ICU, but he is not transferred to ICU yet & at the time of writing this email, its already been more than 3 hours, but the emergency staff keeps saying that no ICU ward is vacant. NOW I HAVE A QUESTION? IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE AN EMERGENCY, THEN WHY NOT BETTER SHUT DOWN YOUR HOSPITAL? YOU SHOULD TELL PEOPLE STRAIGHT AWAY THAT YOU ARE THE WORST HOSPITAL IN THE COUNTRY. Who will be held responsible if anything happens to him? If no proper action will be taken for him, I will take this matter on the social media & internet. This is very unacceptable.
