Getting calls to cancel agent code to avail pending benefits

I have received a call from Vaishali Sharma phone no.- [protected] from head office of MAX saying that i have pending benefits of amount 86, 000, ( told the cheque no. also for this amount) my agent has put his code in the policy and the benefits will go to them unless i file a complain with jeevan bima lokpal in hyderabad to remove my agents code and put my code instead....

I have opted for Term life insurance thru policy bazaar wherein the agent told me my policy have an inbuilt return of premium option.
Also i will get early exit benefit between 60-65 yrs of age which is again missing in the policy schedule.

I have informed Maxlife team next day as i received my policy softcopy on mail.

Till now there is no solution or confirmation on my query.
I been chasing them...

I was not able to withdraw my PF and I had sent email to them last year and no reply.

My mother was forced to take max life insurance policy who is uneducated and don't know any knowledge about these insurance companies. She had some amount in her axis bank account for her medical expenses and she was cheated by the company and lost her money from her account.
