Didn't received full and final settlement

Even after cancel requested, they are keep on deducting amount

I requested for cancelling my insurance policy and stop deducting the amount. But they keep on attempting to deduct money from my account which resulting bank changes....

Smart Wealth Plan

I took this policy on 25th April 2022 and after some research and speaking to my relatives, I realised it would not be beneficial to my goals. I requested a cancellation of the policy on 27th April 2022 but have not been given a concrete response about when I will receive the refund of my payment. Scam under the name GBIC

I was holding Maxlife policy and I have stopped renewing after initial payment. after that I got calls from different numbers saying from GBIC and convinced me to take another third party policy to get the premium I have paid for Maxlife policy. Fraud call claiming to credit policy commission to my account

I got a call today from Max Life Insurance and he said that company is about to release commission to my agent and this commission can be credited to my account as well. For this I have to create an investment policy in Max Life for 31, 350/- which I can cancel after 90 days.
I was suspicious and aksed some queries and they answered them all. And they also had my policy number, due date, mobile number, dob etc. So I started believing...

I am complaining about Surrender Amount

Dear sir,
I am paying around 52000 per year premium. and around 5 installments have been paid. 260000Rs have been paid. and now I am checking that surrender value is showing not more than 171000Rs only.
That means I am loosing around 90000Rs Flat.
And there is no information about value deduction/reduction from company.
I dont know what to do....

About policy surrender

I taken policy to maxlife insurance in 2015 and paid 2 yeae[protected] and[protected] peemiun of 25400-and 26100 and more than 7 year to go but now maxlife insurance compony say your amoint not refund and dimand every day to force me pay to another amount... this is totally mental harresment and fraud behavior... if i have any issue in my life only maxlife is responsible......

In the Policy pack I can show manual entries and fake sign of policy holder besides that request you to either cancel policy or correct it from Max life.
Problem were mailed already to service.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com but not satisfactory and proper resolution received from Max life.
Even after communicating problem...

In 2019, my father took an insurance policy with me as a insured with the premium of 1 lakh per year for 16year policy. Policy was taken on 05.october.2019

Cancelation policy , not refunding amount

i have submitted all the documents as per their requirement and sent original policy to there address .

i do have all the proof and same has been shared with them, but then also they are sending email that they are waiting for the documents .
