[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Complaint regarding emis

My self dhole reema sarfarz my policy no.[protected]. Sir madam 8 motnts before my policy has been dishonored i contact with yor executive your call center but no one can gave me satisfactory reason that why my policy has been dishonored then my agent call me and told me that my one emi in the year 2011 was not deducted form bank but when i saw my bank pass book in the month of nov 2011 2 emis are deducted from bank on 1/11/2011 & 16/11/2011 and in the month of april my another six emis are deducted rs 2030 has been deducted extra from your company, i am not getting yearly ststement also from yor side,
