[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Fraud and mis-sold policy | |||||
My father bought Max Life Whole Life Participating policy no[protected]. At the time of explaining agent told my father that after 10 years he can surrender the policy and get amount equal to all premiums paid till date plus bonus. Now today a guy came from your customer advisory team and told you will get only 35% of premium excluding first year premium which is around 28, 000. My father has payed 70thousand till date and and gets only this much amount. Also the guy recommended some add-on which increases premium from 10, 000 to 23, 000. What type of fraud is this. You are just a fraud company duping people's money. Atleast one should get amount what he has paid at surrender. Also your customer service is worst. You and your agent have done fraud with us.
