[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Max Life Insurance is 100% fraud company

Hi, This is regarding the fraud/cheating by MAX LIFE INSURANCE company and their channel partner’IC DIRECT SALES AGENCY’. I received a call in January 2014 from Ms. Neha Rajput - Mobile Number [protected], stating this call is from accounts department of Max Life Insurance company and to gain the high rankning in the IRDA list, the company is providing the dividend of Rs. 95, 746/- to its new customers for a limited period of time. Executive assured that whoever takes this Policy paying the premium amount of Rs. 30, 000/- or more will be given a benefit amount of Rs. 95, 746/- in next 40-50 days. They also arranged to collect the required documents and cheque through a local collection officer. They told me that “DO NOT SHARE ANY KIND OF BENEFITS OFFERED TO YOU” during verification calls as they will be from agent department and can object to your process. But after giving this amount of Rs. 30, 000/- as premium for Policy No.[protected] issued on 27th Jan 2014 and after waiting of more than 5 months I came to know that both Max Life and IC Direct Sales Agency(who are mentioned as an Agent in the policy issued to me) are frauds and cheaters. They have hit on my savings(and dont know how many others) which in turn has affected my financial health very badly. I was in fact following up with Ms. Neha Rajput(fake name or real don’t know) and she was giving a different excuse every time. He made me speak to various people in that course so that I shall get convinced. Further related to this issue I did the complain on Max Life Insurance helpline number. I spoke with their executive Kusum Mehta(Complain No.[protected] around a month back. She assured be that someone will come back to you to resolve this issue within 8-10 days. So far noone has come back, Even I have written about the issue to Nodal.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com and Service.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com. But none of them is replying. It seems they all are very well aware about the fraud and are part of it. This is to request the concerned person to please look into the above issue and help me get my hard earned money back(at least the initial premium of 30, 000). This seems to be a really wrong practice by IC Direct Sales Agency and MAX Life for selling the policies to ignorant customers by playing with words and it is going to give the really bad name to MAX Life insurance company.
