Hi, I paid the premium policy of 98500 pa for 3 years and now i am unable to continue with the policy due to financial reasons. My policy has lapsed now and i have not paid the premium since from last two years. Now i wanted to surrender the policy and would like to know the surrender value. Please tell me know the exact number instead of throwing some mathematics formulas and asking us to find the amount? I see that for every time when we contact the customer care to know the surrender value, the amount is changing. Last year i was told different numbers like 160, 475.02, 37, 682.33 etc..
