[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Max life partner plus limited pay endowment to age 75 plan

Hi, I am holding the max life insurance policy number[protected] since Dec 2012. I have already paid 3 premiums of 50, 000 each. In last 3 years I never got any call from the company regarding the policy. I never received the statement in mail or hard copy. Now after 3 years, they call me everyday and ask me to remove the agent code from the policy, otherwise commission will be paid out to the agent from my bonus. This is absolute nonsense. Also, tired of all this, I now want to cancel the policy and they told me that the surrender value will be around 55, 000, though I have already paid 1, 50, 000 as premium in last 3 years. I am very disappointed and frustrated. All this was never told when the policy was issued. Is there a way I can get better refund after cancelling the policy. Thanks Jassi

Please, let us know what was the answer that you got from the company. Please, post the reply too so that other customers are also well informed. I also hold same policy but when I enter into my account the key benefit tab is not working. Is this also hidden agenda to this also.

Max Life is asking customer to post reply, but has not posted what resolution has been provided. Looks like closing the eyes from the issues being faced by customer.
I was 26 when I purchased the endowment plan ... it was an error in understanding. As I learnt from the agent that I have to pay premiums for 10 years. Now I learnt that I have to pay premium for 20 years. That is not benefiting me in the long term. I have learnt this too late.. besides your aforesaid customer has paid much lower premium each year than what I have paid since 2006. Please advice me regarding the premium and term. The bonus has not even been sufficient in ten years.
