[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Max policy number[protected] | |||||
Dear Max Life, I am policy holder in Max under Policy number[protected].Paying premium of Rs.25, 600/- (Twenty five thousand six hundred) per year. Total premium period: 6 years. Paid so far: 4 Years. Total amount paid: Rs.10, 2400 (one Lac plus). Now i have contacted the customer care about surrendering, and asked the refund amount i will get. They are simply telling that, i will get Rs.42, 000/- only. Which means Rs.60, 000 are getting deducted. This seems like cheating the customer. Please reply back with solution.
