Sir we surrender our policy no.[protected] on[protected]. But till to date we did not received money. When policy is on the name of sakkubai. The max people asking surname . The policy proof as husband name and her name was written without surname. Same was given to surrender but no use. Please solve the problem within an earliest period. Thanking you.
