[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — Term plan _ refund of suspense account amount

I am holding Term plan policy[protected] with Max new York insurance. I have paid them premium and then medical is happened. The diff in estimated and actual premium is 5, 325.25. But since last one month they have not refunded back only giving commitments. If this is the current situation then what will happen after me with my family members to get insured amount

bakwas company...chor log hain...do not believe with these peoples...stay away from this insurance company

Updated by sagartalathi Nothing has been sorted out...you have wrong information with you...I was not aware that by writing only and without acting all the problems get sorted out. ...Infact you people's intention's are only to make loot of customer's money by delaying refund amount... you suppose to pay me @ 5% interest per month for delaying in refund + fine for Mental harassment for one month. Total amount due is Rs. 1, 00, 000/- (one lac rupees only) to be paid with immediate effect.
