[Resolved]  Max Life Insurance — The premium & policy particulars not uploaded to the axis bank

Address:Panchkula, Haryana, don't know

Sr, i went to make the payment of policy no.[protected] to axis bank, housing board chowk, chandigarh, but it was not accepted as the particulars are not uploaded on system. The company is unnecessary harassing the customers. I am a senior citizen and not possible to go time and again. At the time of insuring a person the agents are misguiding.

I had been apply for surrender of my policy no.[protected] before 1 year. I had return my policy document to the axis bank (maxlife) agent and i give cancel cheque while apply for surrender Now 1 year is passed out but still i didnt receive my amount if i contact my (maxlife) agent P.Anand he replay ( ur request is in processing)
