[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — To claim bonus of your hard earned money need to purchase a new policy of 50000 | |||
I received a call from Max Life agent from Delhi stating that to receive bonus I need to open a new customer id paying amount as huge as 50, 000.This is since earlier two policies were via agents code. They told that agent is claiming for my bonus and to avoid this direct customer id with "MAX LIFE INSURANCE" needs to be created. This is first time in my life that for claiming your own bonus need to pay amount of 50000 and creating a new customer id. Something really fishy...fraud... Before taking any max policy please be careful of all these clauses. It will directly hit your spine. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Nov 23, 2016 Max Life Insurance Customer Care's response Dear Ongmud, our customer representative has spoken to you and confirmed that you have received a fake call against which you should not be making any payment. Max Life has been educating its customers against such fake calls to stop the spurious call menace and take strict legal action against the ones responsible for this.
