[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — Very less refund amount

Hi, i am renu from gurgaon. I have a policy with max with was taken in 2011 (Policy no.[protected] i have paid 3 premiums i. E. 50000*3= 150000/-. Now i want to surrender this policy, when i talked to max's customer care executive she told me that i will be getting only rs. 16000/-. Which i think is very less. Kindly suggest how can i get the maximum amount.

Updated by renu yadav5 I got a call from MAX and they said that they will refund around Rs 81000/- out of Rs. 150000/-. I still feel that the amount is very less and I want to know the process of how they are calculating this amount. I request the company to review my policy and revert.
