Max New York Life — Policy Cancellation Amount

I had taken a Whole life Insurance policy from Max Newyork Life Insurance Company and paid the premium for 3 years and I had informed to Agent that I want to cancel the policy due to benefits were not good as compared to other insurances, hence I told the agent to reimburse the same amount, but till date we didn't received a single penny also. Kindly look in to the matter.
