Dear sir i have paid my premium of policy number[protected] online through my canara bank net banking account number[protected] on 22/12/2015 time 1711 hrs transaction id TECHPROC[protected] amount 15000 rupees. AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR ANY RECEIPT COULD NOT BE GENERATED. for this i have informed the bank and max life insurance too about this and they assured me to solve this within 72 hours.
