[Resolved]  Max Super Speciality Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi — Complaint

I am Vandana Rani. I was admitted on 13/10/2015 at 01:10 AM in Max Super Speciality Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and delivered a baby on 14.10.15. I am a CGHS Card holder. At the time of admission my husband asked for the Emergency Certificate, at that time hospital staff said you would get Emergency Certificate at the time of discharge of the patient. My husband paid all the bills. But at the time of discharge when my husband asked for the Emergency Certificate then hospital staff denied for the Emergency Certificate. So, its a really shocking that a good reputed hospital has done this with me. My health is also not good as I just delivered a baby. So, kindly provide me the Emergency Certificate as I could claim for our reimbursement. I am humbly requesting to you that you will help me.
