Hi in past also i had maid same complaint the company has not delivered yet product and says that it is been delivered and matter is resolved no one is giving reply accept one person name kalpesh gandhi he also says every day that it will get done today but nothing is happening daily they says today it will get done they have registered the complaint and they will give revert back when they came to know that complaint is maid through your site they says why you had made complaint they where resolving matter, un necessary issues are created by we i want to know what is hould do now Was this information helpful? | |||

Yes the same thing happens to me also, I have paid 10000/- in march 2016, after that they told not able to deliver the product so we are refunding the amount still date(10.06.2016) not yet received any amount, i have trying there number daily but no response from max travel shop customer executive Aryan or other executive.

I am also victim of max travel shop. they have taken 3.00 lacs from me and after 45 days still not dispatch my product and neither return my money. i am calling them regularly but they are either not taking my calls not replying any thing.Mr.Aditya was in tough with me for the sale of product by there company. But now he is not taking my call. Request you to plz help me out and advice how to proceed in this matter to get the refund of my money.

I am also victim of max travel shop. they have taken 1.2 lacs from me and 90 days finished but still not dispatch my product and neither return my money. i am calling them regularly but they are asking to pay 25 thousand for insurance. I am asking for refund but they are not responding properly. Request you to plz help me out and advice how to proceed in this matter to get the refund of my money.

I was also victim of cheating by maxtravelshop.com. I had paid Rs. 28920 on[protected].then they send me mail that your product will be delivered within 10 days.No delivery for 10 days then after calling 30-40 times in a day continuously for 2-3 days they send me mail that your product will be delivered on 4-5-2016.But till Product not recieved. Now its my daily routine to call 30-40 timesin a day.
Yesterday I took help of National consumer forum they suggest me that send them letter to check whether compony existed or not .If existed we will advise you about how to proceed in consumer court or compony is not existed then we will advise you to file criminal case against them.
So friends join hands with each other who were cheated by maxtravelshop.com so that it will become strong criminal case. There are fair chances that all o[censored]s will get our money back.Also post your phone no. on this site .

Also I will tweet on tweeter to IT ministry & Consumer affairs ministry to expose these fraudster.
Person in maxtravelshop.com pressurising me to delete previous complains and try to tell me that you post on consumer complains that you got your refund.Dont believe on these fraudsters.
