[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Wrong product received | |||||
I have ordered "lava iris x5 4g white touch screen" 2 times in maxbhi website, but they send 2 times "lava iris x5 white touch screen", this touch screen is not compatible for my mobile... due to some personal problems i am in out of station more than 1month... after 1 month i have raised a complaint to maxbhi, but they answered that we provide only after delevery 1month replacement warranty. i am already sent the 2 products to maxbhi for replacement in india post " Courier company: india post Tracking number: rn[protected]in, rn[protected]in Courier send date: 19/07/2016, but they answered that the product is not in warranty and thus cannot be replaced. Verified Support Jul 29, 2016 Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Maheswara Reddy, first of all sorry for the inconvenience caused to you regarding your order with maxbhi.com, but as per our discussion although we received your product after the warranty period expire but still we manage to ship you the new product on 28/7/16 hope you will receive it shortly... so the issue has has been resolved from our-end please do let us know if you need any further help regarding the same
Also would like to request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved at consumercomplaint.in so that other user can also get to know the actual policies regarding the same
