[Resolved]  MaxLife Insurance — Please help me get my money back from max life!!

Dear sir madam,

Dear sir/madam,

I have taken a third party insurance from exide life (Policy number[protected]. Prior to this i had a policy running in maxlife insurance (Policy number[protected]. During this transition phase from maxlife to exide, max life held my account... And i was asked to contact max life as soon as i receive my policy papers from exide so that max can transfer my money to me... But this is really sad unfortunate and disheartening... That even after so much of follow up... I am unable to get my money back!!

I would be really thankful if you could please help me in getting me my money back!!

I have pasted my entire correspondence from maxlife below, i have been expecting a reply from them but no response hence i am forced to write it here.
