[Resolved] MaxLife Insurance — unable to retrieve pass word. Policy no.[protected]

For the few days I have been trying to register my name in the customer portal. One suddenly it appeared on the screen that the my name was registered. The advised me to log in. I don't have pass word. Hence I tried retrieve the pass word. Now, there is a display on the screen stating that my e mail/customer id is not in the records. I am perplexed.
