My Maxx mobile model No. AX352s. IMEI No., [protected].Job Set No.is Ro/SRS/1415/0000919 is under warranty has been given the 1st complain DT. 04.09.2014. on address:- Sunrise Mobiles Om Arcade, Shop No.125, Plot no.1, Sector-20, Opp.Railway Station, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.. Complain was "Power Key Problem". . as per company terms & conditions : - Mobile will be collected within 30 days from the date of intimation. Today 60 days continuing. But the mobile care center told me that my mobile has not come from the company. What shall I do, please intimate me on Mob No. + [protected] or on [protected]@gmail.com.
