[Resolved]  Maxx Mobile — Replacement of maxx AX3 by MSD7

I purchased MAXX AX 3 online having purchase order no.[protected]. But after using it 3 months it has some start up problem. So i went to the service center at Patna, ( Address - Mobile wala, 5th floor, Harinivas, Dak bunglow). Service centre is telling that the mobile can not not repaired so it is being replaced by MSD7. Now my grievance is that I purchased AX3 due to big screen now it should be replaced by with the same screen size or bigger if possible. Do you have any option of replacement by better version (not MSD7) of your mobile phone by paying some extra money. If yes kindly inform me. My contact detail is as below.
