Mayuri Realtors — Window grill for balcony not provided | |||||
Dear sir, Mayuri realtors (vinesh oswal[protected], [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]) hase assured in verbally & given as in written agreement that they will provide to all window ms safety grills, aluminum 3 track & mosquito grill but they have provided aluminum 2 track & omitted ms safety grills from kitchen & mosquito grill from all windows. When we ask the mayuri partner about both the above missing amenities after taking complete flat agreed amount then he says it is not possible because he has install stb plant & water filter plant which is made mandated by pmrda hence he has to cut above two amenities.
