Dear sir/madam,

Request you to send some one from your office to trim branches of the tree coming closer towards my balcony.In earlier occasion as well, one of the trees fell down completely on my balcony and caused a lot of harm to my balcony, my windows and my dish etc.

I would be obliged if you could send some one from your office at the earliest.
