Mcdonald's India — Cancellation of confirmed order without notification

My order no :72073 on[protected].15 a. m to 12.18 a. m

This order was cancelled, with out notification to me.

I waited for 1hour 30 min and my son called customer care,[protected]

They said, order was cancelled.

Then he placed new order bearing no : 72087, we got in 15 min to 30 min.

We were starving for nearly 1hour 30 min, who is responsible.

How can one cancel order with out notification. when i called they are saying

Ystem error. why you people are playing with public like this. because we

Cannot contact you people directly. i want explanation for this or else i will

Proceed legaly.
