The mc donalds store t andheri east has provided a number for complaints which is - [protected] inspite of calling 11 times nobody answered the call to resolve my query i made a payment twice and due to some error from your vendor- cc avenue mc donalds did not receive the payment, i called the bank to refund my amount, and asked mc donalds to give me a status on the order the representative never called back i then placed one more order immediately and it showed the same error the amount got deducted from my account twice, amounting to Rs 167 x 2 i am a regular user, I literally place an order everyday, this is the second time i am facing such inconvenience, multiple times ive noticed that ive been sent the wrong order as well, this is not acceptable. I would rather switch to another eating joint that having to face such inconvenience! Was this information helpful? | |||||

Mcdonald's India — Rude behaviour of crew member
06/12/15 our family visited McDonald's NH-4-4 highway Kolhapur . Mr.Nishant Mane gave a wrong order and later on was very rude and arrogantly speaking with me n my family.Take this urgently .
