[Resolved]  Mcdonald's India — not refunding as the transaction debited twice by mcd person

On 24th dec 2014, amount of Rs 270/- had been debited twice by the MC Donald HSR BDA, bangalore store person. Then I asked about the same to the person immediately, But he told that it will be credited automatically after 1 day. Then I waited for 1 day and went again and asked. Then the store person was again saying to come after 2 days. Then again I went after 2 days and I was hearing the same thing. I contacted credit card customer care and found that Rs 270/- had been debited twice and no such amount has been credited. The store manager is not at all responding. Please do the needful.
