Mcdonald's India — Refund

I had ordered for a burger online and made the payment online, however i did not receive any order no. and the amount got deducted from my bank account. When I contacted mcdonalds on 66000666 they said that due to technical reasons the order was not placed and the amount which was deducted would be refunded within 5-7 working days. I tried calling up the office at 49135000 but din't really get a positive reply.The amount is not yet refunded in the bank account Order Date:12/03/2015 Amount:₹188.00
