Mcdonald's India — refund not initiated | |||
My name is Imran shaikh mobile number registered with McDonald's is [protected] placed an online order with McDonald's on 25Dec 2014 where my account was debited but the order was not confirmed and not delivered. I got to know this when I called up at the Mcdelivery number. I had to place the fresh order where I had paid cash against delivery. I had been told that the refund will reflected in my account within 7 days. While placing this complaint I had asked for an acknowledgment but to my surprise they dint had any service like that.
