Mcdonald's India — Unprofessional and unethical behaviour | |||
I ordered food from McDonald's on 15th November 2015 at 21:46 my order no. being 80673. After waiting for a long time, 1 hour 59 minutes to be precise, and calling the helpline twice to find out the status of my order, once at 22:37 and being asked to wait for 5-10 minutes to receive a call from the store but not getting a call and then after 20 minutes, calling them again at 22:59 being told to wait for another 5-10 minutes I got a call at 23:04 telling me that my order will be delivered in another 10-15 minutes, I finally got a call at 23:45 to collect my order. I had ordered a large McChicken Meal and instead of coke asked for an iced tea without ice. When I collected my order and finally sat down to eat after not being able to have any meal since morning, I saw that they had sent a coke instead of iced tea, I then had to call them up again at 23:51 to ask them to replace the coke with iced tea and was told that they would it be done as soon as possible but to my disappointment, didn't get the replacement of my iced tea. I would like to be compensated in the following way: 1. A written apology from the person(s) concerned. 2. Supply of free meals for a month. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am a frequent and loyal customer of yours . I visited your outlet in in orbit mall, Pune viman Nagar Ahmednagar Road, Pune . There were two employees of yours who dont even have manners to speak to a customer.
They behaved so unethically to me when i asked the lady ( ) For a sauce . She just gave me a rash answer and another lady Named SWATI also spoke to me in rude manner . This is not tolerable from a brand like you . Your employees are your first impression to customers. Hope you will respond me quickly on this . and I hope you will train your employees to behave in a kind manner with the customer.
