Dear sir/mam,

I've sent the compalint from the same e-mail id regarding your services that i've got on 11 july 2016 but still not got any response from you. I am very dispappointed with your services. This is not the way to entertain your customer. I've explained all the matter happened but still you are not supposed to contact. If i'll not get contact within 48 hrs then i'll take a legal action against your services.
