Mcf Faridabad — Vacant ground full of garbage and dung

Dear sir, I live in street no-13, 22 feet road, sanjay colony, and there is a plot vacant close to my house where people throw dungs and often dead animals that can cause decease. We have informed the plot-owner several times but he does not listen our complain. We have even submitted an application in MCF. Kindly do the needful. Kindly either say him to construct a wall on his plot or building or if he does not do that kindly make a park there since I think he does not need that place anymore. As I have seen that in many districts of India and foreign, if a plot-owner leaves his ground and there is a lot of garbage Municipal Corporation has right to make a park there. The plot that is empty is "3217" gali no 13, 22 feet road, sanjay colony sec-23, NIT faridabad.
