Mdindia Healthcare Services — Not assisting in claim settlement

My problem is that company is not at all of co-operative nature. They are issuing additional documents requirement of ecs details of policyholder.Which we send him all details, subsequently bymore than 5-6 times by mail, scanned mail details, hard copy documents submission to MDINDIA pune address. Yet they are not able to settle claim. As still they are speaking that it take 5-7 days to update your status. Kindly assist it's very bad experience with mdindia. Kindly help immediately otherwise I will make a way for district consumer forum.
