Sir, I had passed my 6th semester exam in may 2013.but i had not received my DMC.They don't listen to me and sent me one office to another office.Now they says that i have to pay 300 rupees as application for duplicate DMC.sir i had not made any fault then why sould i borne this.sir please give them direction .my roll no. is 3974380, my registration no.is 10 rur 3235.
