MDU Rohtak — regarding migration certificate | |||
Respected sir I requested for the issue of migration certificate from Md university regarding which I have sent migration form along with DD of rs 500( dd no 887682) on 9.1.2015 through speed post. My registration no is03 HES 23 and I passed B.Ed in 2003-04 . My roll no was 201692. But till date I have not received my migration certificate which I require urgently.
