Since 27.05.2016 I remind 3 times to the company and company says that our team will assist you to solve the issue. but since there is no response till this time. I think company is less bothered to solve consumer's complaints. I think this is a useless and a moral less company which supply the second hand goods to the on-line customers and cheat the consumers.
