[Resolved] Mebelkart — Product not delivered since 1.5 month - order no [protected] | |||||
I placed an order for a wood book case with an order number [protected] on 11th April 2016 but since then the order has not been delivered though I have made the payment to the company. I have been following up with these guys but no response, either the customer care ppl are not available to pick up the call or have no response to my queries, merely dumb people hired to pick up the phone greet people who have had their money stuck with some order or the other. U guys cheating d public, well gud idea to earn interest money from ur customers money n then cancel d order
Govt shud impose a regulation on such fraud companies, everytime a order is cancelld they shud pay fine of 5-10% of the amount of customer..
